Placing An Order
How do I shop at PropUp Store?
You can shop conveniently at our very own brick-and-mortar shop at Oxley Biz Hub 2, #03-13 that opens daily from 12:00am to 8:00pm. We have also included everything you need online where you can shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
How do I place an order on PropUp Store?
You may register an account with us and place your order online via our website at www.propupstore.sg.
Simply click on your desired item, specify your preferred size or colour and select the “Add To Cart” option. Once you’re done filling up your virtual shopping cart, follow the step-by-step instructions on your screen.
What are the accepted payment methods available online?
At the moment, we accept online payment via PayPal.
Are the prices available in store the same as online?
The online shop prices are of no difference as those in our PropUp Store, except when there is a special online offer with an additional discount. However, we may run a special sale in store exclusive to walk-in customers once in a while.
Will I receive the same product as I see in the photo?
Photos are taken with the highest quality to reflect every detail of each product. You may find differences in products in which the format of the raw materials and their manufacture affect the final results, such as handmade products.
Shipping & Delivery - Local Orders
Where do you ship?
PropUp Store offers delivery to any street address in mainland Singapore. Be it your home or workplace, we can ship them to you!
What are your delivery options?
You can choose to have purchased products delivered to your doorstep, or to collect your order from our physical store yourself at Oxley Biz Hub 2, #03-13 for customers residing in Singapore.
When will my order ship?
Deliveries are usually made within 3 – 5 working days, depending on the availability of stocks in our warehouse.
How do I check my order status?
If you have chosen home delivery, an email confirmation will be sent to you once your items have been dispatched together with its tracking number.
How much is the delivery charges?
There are no delivery charges for all purchases that are self-collected from our brick-and-mortar shop at Oxley Biz Hub 2, #03-13.
The following delivery charges stated are on the basis of per invoice to a single address in one trip.
A standard delivery fees imposed will range from S$10.00 – S$50.00, depending on the products in cart as shown below:
- A flat rate of $10 for purchases amounting to $1-$100
- A flat rate of $30 for purchases amounting to $101-$300
- A flat rate of $50 for purchases amounting to $301 and above
When can I self-collect my purchased items?
Once you complete your order online, please allow at least 3 working days for your order to be ready for collection in store. An email confirmation will be sent to you once there is an update in the order status.
Collection for your purchase must be made within 3 days at Oxley Biz Hub 2, #03-13 from receipt of confirmation email. If you are not able to collect your item personally, you can authorise someone to collect it on your behalf within the stipulated window period. Please be reminded to bring a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase for collection. Our shop is open Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm.
Shipping & Delivery International Orders
Is delivery available outside of Singapore?
PropUp Store has recently made international shipping available. At the moment, we ship to Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia.
How do I make an order?
Here is a step by step guide when ordering outside of Singapore.
- Once you have decided on the items you wish to order online, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the shipping charges for your items before you make a purchase.
- Our friendly PropUp Store team will attend to your enquiry most immediately by weighing the necessary items and will revert back to you with a flat rate quotation.
- You may then select the correct flat rate quotation and check out your purchases with the newly added rates.
How long does international shipping take?
All international shipment will take about 7 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping address.
What if the items I ordered broke / went missing during shipping?
PropUp Store will not be responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
PropUp Store cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Any international orders we accept are at the risk of the buyer in the event of any type of customs issues that may arise including (but not limited to) duties imposed, confiscation, holds, non-delivery, and return.
Will I have to pay for additional fee?
The shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). You’ll be charged if there’s any fees involved. Our courier partner (DHL Express / JANIO) will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid.
In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination.
PropUp Store does not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries.
In order to avoid unplanned cost, it will be good to check with your local customs office before placing an order.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order provided the packaging and dispatch process has not yet begun. You can request for cancellation by using the contact form or by calling our Customer Service department at +65 9456 9213 with your order number.
How do I change my delivery address after I place my order?
To change your delivery details prior to delivery, please email email@example.com or Whatsapp our Customer Service team at +65 9456 9213 with your requested changes before your order has been processed.
